In 2003, CEI purchased a PCB assembly line and hence our EMS division
    (Electronic Manufacturing Services) was formed. This division
    specializes in PCB assemblies. The production line was primarily put in
    place to service existing customers of the IC Assembly Division who also
    had requirements for PCB assembly.

    The production line is capable of handling a diverse product range from
    RFID tags to fiber optics for CATV.

    In 2007 the EMS production line was certified for ISO/TS16949.  This
    means we can offer our automotive customers a full turnkey service
    from wafer probe through to PCB assembly under one roof.
