The EDS or Equipment Development Services group was originally set up  
    to support the Semiconductor assembly and test division.
      
    The group now offers design and manufacture of custom equipment for
    special processes, specific machine functions, or low-cost equipment to
    serve those needs. It can also modify or upgrade existing equipment,
    and/or integrate equipment, for multifunction processes. This is
    performed by a senior staff with long term experience in both
    mechanical and electronic design functions.
